How do I pay?
Credit is added by transfer to our CCP account, by BaridiMob or in person, into one prepaid balance in dinars that both apps and databases are paid from. You ask for a top-up, send the transfer quoting the reference the dialog gives you, then upload the proof. A person at PivoCloud reviews it by hand, so the credit lands when the request is approved rather than the moment you upload.
How credit and charges workWhere does my data live?
Your apps and your databases run on servers in Algeria, under Algerian data law. Residency is the default here rather than an option you switch on, and your data does not leave the country.
What happens if my credit runs out?
Nothing is taken away without warning. An email reaches you 5 days before a charge your balance cannot cover, and if that charge fails the app or database stops serving. Nothing is deleted at that point: a further notice naming the exact date arrives 7 days before deletion, and deletion itself is 30 days after suspension. Top up and your suspended apps and databases come back on their own, up to what the new balance covers.
What happens when credit runs outDoes a private repository work?
A private repository appears like any other, and every row carries a badge reading Private or Public. Being private is never the reason a repository is missing: reading private code is what the GitHub connection exists for.
Connecting GitHubWhat do I get back if something goes wrong?
A restore gives you a second database, built from a backup, with its own hostname and its own credentials. The database you restored from keeps running and is left untouched, so nothing is overwritten. How far back your backups reach depends on the tier your database is on.
